Read Without Glasses

Age related eye
degeneration, also known as presbyopia, is seen
as an inevitable
(though unwelcome)
part of life. It usually occurs in the mid
forties; however, with so
many people (of all
ages) doing close up eye work either on a
computer, reading
or on a game or cell
phone, the incidence of poor close up vision is
becoming
more and more
widespread. Since 1976, the Cambridge
Institute for Better Vision
has been teaching
people how to care for their eyes, using natural
alternatives to glasses,
contacts and
surgery. In as little as 6 minutes a day, poor
close up vision can be improved,
using this simple
method. Personally, I have used a number of eyes
methods including
the
Bates Method,
Pinhole Glasses, the
Better
Vision techniques and a number of
Tibetan and Yoga
exercises (eye
exercises). This is by far one of the
easiest to use and follows
the same principles
for seeing 3D pictures. Note it is only for
close vision improvement.
For other eye
conditions, use one of the other mentioned
approaches.

Try this quick test*
to see if The Read Without Glasses Method can
work for you:
First, sit about 18 inches from the computer
screen. Then, hold the thumb of your right hand
5-6 inches in front
of your eyes, between you and the screen.

Now, focus directly
on your thumb. You should see two images of the
circle in the background.
Now, focus directly on the circle. You should
see two images of your thumb in the foreground.
Don't worry, this kind of double vision is a
normal process of your visual system. The brain
and eyes work
together so that you see double of whatever you
are not focused on directly.
If you see these double images, your eyes and
visual system can respond well to
The Read Without
Glasses Method. The method is easy to learn and
simple to use and
people have seen
results with as little as six minutes a day of
practice.
With The Read Without Glasses Method you could
regain a youthful flexibility to your
visual system,
thereby sharpening your near vision, reversing
middle-aged sight and
reducing or avoiding
dependency on reading glasses or bifocals.
