The Z Point Process


Z Point is a simple, easy to learn way of truly becoming your authentic self. There are no complicated instructions. There is no equipment to buy. Its as simple as reading a 5 line healing program and repeating a special cue word whenever you are feeling stressed or upset or wish to release a harmful self destructive life pattern.

Begin by relaxing and doing some deep breathing to shift into an alpha state.
Once relaxed, read the following either out loud or quietly to yourself. This only needs to be done once, as it will then be programmed for all future use.

I hereby set a powerful intention, within you, my subconscious mind, to effect the best of all possible outcomes by this clearing, and that each time I notice a pattern or patterns I wish to eliminate, as I say or think my cue word, you will eliminate all such patterns and components of patterns completely and safely, and each time I repeat my cue word in sequence, you will access deeper and deeper layers and all parts and all aspects of my being.

Key Word

Choose a cue word that you will use for clearing, not something that you would say during your normal day e.g. Shazaam!

Clearing

Read each statement aloud, with emphasis. When you are prompted to say your cue word, repeat it in sequence, aloud, for about 15 to 30 seconds.

For Relationships:

• I clear all the ways I feel less than love for anyone including myself, my spiritual teachers, and God. (cue word)
• I clear all the patterns connected to all the ways. (cue word)
• I clear all the emotions connected to all the patterns. (cue word)
• I am filled with love for everyone, including myself, my spiritual teachers, and God. (cue word)

For Health:

• I clear all the ways I have any health problems. (cue word)
• I clear all the patterns connected to all the ways. (cue word)
• I clear all the emotions connected to all the patterns. (cue word)
• I have perfect health, now and always. (cue word)

For Money Issues:

• I clear all the ways I feel anything less than love for money. (cue word)
• I clear all the patterns connected to all the ways. (cue word)
• I clear all the emotions connected to all the patterns. (cue word)
• Money is flowing in millions to me. I am enjoying it while receiving, spending, investing, and donating it. (cue word)

Do the Relationship, Health & Money clearing frequently - no less than once daily. Observe how your life changes miraculously.

You can adapt the process to suit any experience that you wish to clear. Remember to finish with a positive, to ‘fill in’ the hole left by the clearing. You may find that the process triggers deeper issues to surface. Observe them as white fluffy clouds and clear them in the same way. If you should find yourself feeling low at any stage as a result of the process, know that you are responding to the clearing. You are literally undergoing mind surgery. Be kind to yourself, fill your self with the positive (jump up and down to raise your body energy to accept the new program) and make sure you are in a supportive space. You don’t want to accept any other programs into your nice new mental space!

Keep the computer analogy in mind. You are simply cleaning up and defragging your hard drive (your sub-conscious mind). Most importantly have fun and enjoy yourself.
